Booking & Payment
-All courses must be booked and paid for in advance using goteamup.
-Open training is the only class that does not require booking or payment in advance. You may pay using the link in goteam up, or with cash on the day. Because of the nature of this class, numbers are very variable.
One to Ones and Small Group Privates
-All privates must be booked and paid for in advance using goteamup.
All communication regarding bookings and cancellations must be made via goteamup or the contact us page of the website please. Keeping it all in one place will help us keep on top of your bookings and ensure nothing gets missed.
Courses – Before Commencement
We can only refund courses that are cancelled by the attendee more than 48 hours before the start date.
If you know you will miss a session from your course due to a pre-planned absence such as a holiday, please ensure you inform us prior to booking your course so that we can try our best to arrange you a make up session. This is subject to availability.
Courses – After Commencement
Once the course has started we will not refund missed or unused lessons in any circumstance – if you do not attend you have forfeited the class.
Please still do inform us as soon as you know you will be missing a class from your course so we can plan sessions accordingly.
We understand that not everyone works a 9-5 and that you may not be able to make the same classes every week. If you have given us 48 hours notice and we have found a space in a different class with availability, you will be able to attend this alternative class as a ‘make-up’ session (class transfer).
If you do not request this in advance of the missed class, we cannot offer a class transfer and you will have forfeited the class.
If you are unsure if the lessons are going to be right for you, please keep an eye out for our next taster day before committing to a course. But also bear in mind that it often takes more than one go to decide if you like it! 🙂
One to Ones and Small Group Privates
You must give at least 48 hours notice if you cannot attend your lesson and wish to cancel or reschedule. After this you will forfeit your session. No refunds are available for unused lessons.
Blocks of privates must be used within 3 months of purchase.
There are minimum student numbers required for a class to run. We will do our best to fill the class, but if minimum numbers are not met, your booking will be cancelled and you will be offered the opportunity to either transfer your booking to an alternative course, or to receive a full refund.
There may be occasions due to instructor illness or holiday where your class will need to be covered by another instructor, merged with another class, held on a different day, or cancelled entirely. We will do our best to ensure we can still offer you a class, but where this is not possible, you will receive notice of the cancellation as early as possible and will receive a refund or class credit for the value of that lesson.
Who Can attend?
All students must complete a PAR-Q form prior to their first class (hyperlinked to teamup) and unfortunately certain health conditions may prohibit you from taking part safely, while others may require permission from your doctor. (Please note that TeamUp will not let you register for any classes until this is complete)
Unfortunately our classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
Our adult classes are available to those over the age of 18. If you are aged 16+ you can attend, but only with a signed consent form from your parent/guardian – please contact us to discuss.
We do not permit spectators – it may make other students feel uncomfortable. If you would like to see if the lessons are for you, please keep an eye out for one of our taster sessions. If you are waiting for a student to finish their class, we ask that you wait outside or in your vehicle.
